What is Law 42 (and this is *not* a Douglas Adams reference)?
Looks like “Pushing Dogs” is going to be a two-parter.
Okay, Law 42 (as I was using it) refers to Law 42 of the Queen of Hearts’s Court: “No persons over 1 mile in height shall be allowed!”
